Refund Policy

At Muggnos, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality and stylish apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Please review our refund policy to understand your options and our commitment to your satisfaction.

1. Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged or defective item, we offer a hassle-free return process. Here are the key points to keep in mind:

– You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

– The charges for the return shipment must be borne by the customer (50 Rs. Per garment) 

– The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Refunds

We do not have a refund policy, whatsoever, which may be the case. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a store credit of the same amount.

– Store credit will be issued in the store wallet as well as will be shared via the customer’s mail ID.

– It may take 3 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on the status of your return and courier service provider.

– Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

NOTE – Replacement is only applicable with products of equal price value or more.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please reach out to our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in finding the perfect replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as final sales or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility information.
